The small print
Complaints procedure.
If something wasn’t right, we want to hear it, plainly, and from you first.

How to raise it
Tell us in whichever way is easiest: email info@drband.com with "Complaint" in the subject line, call 07990 090069, or raise it in person or in writing at 5 Goodge Place, London W1T 4SD. Include what happened, when, and what you would like us to do.
What happens next
- Acknowledgement, we aim to acknowledge your complaint within three working days.
- Investigation, it is reviewed by the treating doctor and, where appropriate, discussed with you directly.
- Response, we aim to give you a full written response within twenty working days. If it genuinely needs longer, we tell you why and when to expect it.
Raising a complaint never affects your care or how you are treated at the clinic.
Urgent clinical concerns
A concern about your health after treatment is not a complaint, it's a priority. Call the clinic on 07990 090069 straight away, whatever the hour you were treated.
If you're not satisfied
Concerns about a doctor's conduct or fitness to practise can be raised with the General Medical Council (gmc-uk.org). Concerns about how your information was handled can be raised with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Nothing in this procedure affects your statutory rights.
Book a consultation
London, 5 Goodge Place.
The consultation is the product. The doctor reads your face and tells you what it needs, what it doesn't, and what would actually produce the result you're imagining.
