Who you're dealing with
The drBand Clinic is operated by DR BAND CLINIC LIMITED (registered in England & Wales, No. 13170629; registered office 6 Glebe House, Cross Lanes, Guildford GU1 1SX), practising at 5 Goodge Place, London W1T 4SD. Contact: info@drband.com · 07990 090069.
How treatment works here
Everything starts with a face-to-face consultation with a doctor. Prescription-only medicines are prescribed only after that assessment, by the doctor who treats you, never in advance, never remotely. You leave the consultation with a clear plan and exact pricing, and there is no obligation to proceed. Treatments are for adults aged 18 and over; proof of age may be requested.
Prices & payment
Prices are as published on the pricing page at the time you book, and include VAT where applicable. The consultation fee is a flat £100, it pays for the doctor's assessment and plan and is not deducted from any treatment. Treatment prices are confirmed with you at consultation before anything is booked.
Appointments & cancellation
If you need to move or cancel an appointment, tell us as early as you can and we will rearrange it with you.
Your statutory cancellation right. When you book and pay at a distance (by phone, email or WhatsApp), the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from the day of purchase to cancel and receive a refund. To cancel, just tell us, email or phone is enough. If you ask us to provide the service within those 14 days (for example, your consultation or virtual plan takes place), you lose the right to cancel once the service has been fully performed, and if you cancel part-way you pay a proportionate amount for what has been provided. This does not affect your other statutory rights.
The virtual treatment plan
The £250 virtual plan is written guidance based on the photographs and video you send. It is not a diagnosis, not a prescription, and not a substitute for in-person assessment, any treatment is only ever decided at a face-to-face consultation. Terms and timing are confirmed with you by email before you pay.
Your information
Handled as described in the privacy policy. Clinical photography is only ever published with your separate written consent.
If something goes wrong
Clinical concerns after treatment: contact the clinic on 07990 090069 without waiting. Complaints are handled under our complaints procedure. Professional indemnity insurance is held for all clinical work; the insurer's details and territorial coverage are available on request. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, or affects your statutory rights.
General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If we change them, the date above changes and the current version always applies from publication.

The consultation is the product. The doctor reads your face and tells you what it needs, what it doesn't, and what would actually produce the result you're imagining.
