The lift, without the knife.
Endolift is the non-surgical facelift: a minimally invasive laser for the two things filler can't fix, loose skin and stubborn pockets of fat beneath the chin and along the jaw. One session under local anaesthetic, no incisions, results that hold for up to three years. Led personally by Dr Ellie Tuohy.
How it works
Laser energy, under the skin.
Where filler adds structure, Endolift tightens what you already have. It sits between injectables and surgery, and reaches what creams and external lasers physically can't.
TIGHTEN · lift what's lax
Skin contraction from within. The laser shrinks and lifts loose tissue, softening early jowling and age-related sag along the jaw and lower face.
CONTOUR · define what's soft
Selective lipolysis. Small, stubborn pockets of facial fat reduced for sharper definition, most often the double chin and the buccal, lower-cheek region.
REBUILD · collagen from within
Neocollagenesis. The laser's heat stimulates your skin to build new collagen of its own over the months that follow, a firmer, healthier skin structure, not just a one-day tightening.
Jawline & under-chin, treated territory
Placed under the skin through a needle-point entry. No incisions, no stitches.
Laser energy contracts tissue and triggers new collagen.
One session, the result develops over three to six months, and holds for up to three years.
The evidence & the doctor
Why we chose it. Who leads it.
Why the clinic offers it
Of the energy-based devices we assessed, this is the one that kept earning its place, because it answers the two problems filler can't.
It treats what filler can't. Filler restores structure, it cannot tighten loose skin, and it cannot clear a stubborn pocket of fat. Endolift is aimed at exactly those two: laxity along the jaw and jowl, and fullness under the chin.
It rebuilds as well as tightens. Beyond the immediate contraction, the laser triggers neocollagenesis, your skin laying down new collagen of its own, so over the following months the skin's structure becomes firmer and healthier, supporting the frame beneath it.
It's the lift for those who won't have surgery. A facelift's direction of travel with no incisions and no general anaesthetic, though not a substitute for one: one session, a few days of social downtime, a result that builds over three to six months and typically holds for up to three years.
If laxity isn't your main concern, we'll say so.
Who's leading it

Dr Ellie Tuohy
Endolift lead
MBBS, King's College London. Dr Ellie came to aesthetics through NHS hospital medicine at the Royal Surrey, and her background spans energy-based devices, including radiofrequency platforms such as Morpheus8. Endolift is the one the clinic chose to build its laxity work around, and she leads every case personally: assessment, treatment and reviews.
Her approach is conservative and anatomical: tighten what's lax, add nothing that isn't needed.

Endolift questions
Asked in every consultation.
Am I a candidate?
The ideal candidate has early-to-moderate laxity, softening jawline, early jowls, fullness under the chin, with reasonable skin quality. Significant laxity may still need surgery, and you'll be told that honestly at assessment.
Does it hurt?
The area is fully numbed with local anaesthetic; the usual report is warmth and pressure rather than pain, though discomfort varies. You're awake, talking, and go home the same day.
What's the real downtime?
Expect swelling and tenderness for a few days and plan social downtime of roughly 2–5 days. Most patients are back at a desk within a day or two, visible marks are minimal because there are no incisions. Bruising, temporary numbness or small contour irregularities can occur while things settle; they're reviewed and managed as part of your aftercare, and you leave with a direct contact for any concern. Individual results, and side effects, vary.
How long do results last?
The early tightening keeps improving as new collagen builds over three to six months. From there, results typically hold for up to three years, where you fall in that range depends on age, skin quality and lifestyle, and you'll get a candid, personal estimate at assessment.
